David Hall Memorial Award
(Medal/Certificate) ( until 1969 called the David Hall Regional
Trophy) is awarded annually on a regional basis to the hybridizer of the most popular
cultivar as determined by vote of members in the Popularity Poll. In order to
win, a minimum of 5 votes is required in the region. In cases of ties (*),
duplicate medals or certificates are given.
