The Wisconsin Daylily Society invites you to a 'Mad City Affair'
at the Region 2 Summer Meeting from July 18 – 20, 2008, in Madison, Wisconsin.
You will tour gardens with eye-catching daylilies that thrive in USDA - Zones 4b
and 5a after cold winters and variable snow cover. Keynote speaker, Roy G. Klehm
from Song Sparrow Nursery, will tell everyone about the good old days
interacting with Brother Charles Reckamp and the other “Young Turks” in the
Chicago area. All registrants will receive a plant of H. 'Mad City Blush', a
daylily hybridized by Roy Klehm and introduced especially for the occasion. An
array of bargain daylilies and many interesting items await you in the boutique.
The dinners should be top notch and the big Auction will be a blast.
Come join us for a 'Mad City Affair'. Enjoy the fun, the food, the meeting, the
gardens and some good daylily camaraderie.
